Sound Beginnings is designed for children ages 0–4. Classes are developmentally appropriate and include a variety of activities that engage babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Each class includes singing, movement, rhythm activities, instruments, stories, games, and hands-on learning experiences designed to nurture a love of music and learning.

Yes—and so much more. Students learn piano skills while also developing music reading, ear training, rhythm, harmony, creativity, and a deep understanding of how music works.

Parent involvement is one of the things that makes Let's Play Music unique. During the first year, parents attend every other week. During Years 2 and 3, parents attend once each month. This partnership helps children feel supported while giving parents simple ways to encourage learning at home.

Students learn on full-size keyboards, begin playing from the very first lesson, and explore music history alongside piano, music theory, and ear training.

Students begin making music immediately and experience success from the very first lesson.

Tuition and current class availability can be found on the enrollment page or by contacting me directly. But generally around the same price per lesson as a 30 minute private piano lesson.

All programs require materials, which I will go into detail when you come to a sample class, but they all range in cost and are a 1x a year fee. Required materials and fees will be clearly outlined before registration.

While regular attendance is encouraged, resources are provided to help families stay on track when life happens. Specific make-up policies will be shared upon enrollment.

Practice expectations vary by program and age.

The goal is not perfection—it's consistent engagement. Families receive guidance and age-appropriate practice support throughout the year. We (the parent and the teacher) are a team in this!
